Refunds made easily and safely

If you wish to return an item, please email sales@pearlgallery.co.uk to obtain your Return Authorization (RA).

Customers in the United Kingdom

Upon receiving your RA number, please place the goods in their original packaging and seal the outer box completely.

Within 7 days of receiving the RA number, you should return your goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery to a Post Office.

Once your refund has been processed, please keep a receipt and proof of posting from the Post Office.

For Customers outside the UK

After receiving your RA number, please place the goods in their original packaging and ensure that the outer box is completely sealed. Put the Returns Address label on the front of your package.

Any costs associated with returning your goods to us will be your responsibility. Within 7 days of receiving the RA number from us, please ship your returned goods to us via DHL, our approved courier.

On the DHL paperwork, please clearly state that the goods will be delivered to Unit 1, Bulls Marsh, South Molton, EX36 4LQ.

There is no refund for customs duties or sales taxes on sales outside the United Kingdom. You may, however, be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office.

You will need to keep your proof of shipment and tracking information until your refund has been processed.
