How can I get in contact with you?

Has your jewellery has been reviewed independently?

Our commitment to quality extends to our service as well as our jewellery. Pearl Gallery partners with Trustpilot, an independent feedback service, so that every customer can contribute an independent review of our company. Are there any showrooms where you sell your jewellery?

After 16 years of successfully trading from our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter store and following the COVID pandemic, we made the decision to sell exclusively online. We are now located in Devon and do not currently have a retail store, however this may be subject to change in the future. You are therefore not able to view our jewellery in person, however we do offer online video appointments via Zoom.


Are you able to take orders over the phone?

We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our jewellery and process any order you may wish to make over the phone. Occasionally, we may not be able to answer your call, in which case please leave a message so that we may respond as soon as possible.


Are you able to provide a bespoke service?

Our vast pearl collection enables us to create bespoke pieces of jewellery or necklaces to suit your personal style. If you have a style or design in mind, get in touch with us and our experts can discuss with you how we can bring it to life.


What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, and American Express on our website. We also accept payments via Paypal and Klarna.


Is your website safe to use?

Credit card or debit card information is not stored by us. Stripe, a secure online payment gateway, encrypts your card details in a protected environment when you place an order on our website. In addition to that, it has 3D secure card security.


Can you tell me when my order will be shipped and delivered?

Orders shipped within the UK are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you order before 2pm, your order will be shipped the following day. Shipments to international destinations are handled by DHL Express Worldwide. All in-stock orders received before 10am GMT are shipped the same day and delivered 2-5 business days later. Do you offer insurance for your deliveries?

Our shipments are fully insured until you have signed for them. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email explaining how to track its progress.


Are you able to ship to British Forces Post Office addresses in the UK and overseas?

What is the process for returning an order to you?

If you wish to return jewellery to us, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any costs associated with returning your goods to us are your responsibility.
