Within 14 days of cancelling your order, your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card.

Exchanges

You can exchange your Pearl Gallery purchase for an alternative item within 30 days of receiving it at sales@pearlgallery.co.uk or by calling us on +44 (0) 121 554 3211.

Our quality control team will check returned goods before dispatching exchanged items.

Damaged Items

Before we ship your order, all of our goods are quality tested and checked for any faults. Please contact us immediately if you receive goods that are not in perfect condition. Returning the package will require a Return Authorization Number (RA).

The jewellery will be repaired at our expense and returned to you free of charge if we determine that it is defective in material or workmanship after inspecting it. You will receive an email notification when the items are shipped back to you. Your legal rights are not affected by anything in this section.
