We deliver to all countries in Europe. For both of our safety and security, the maximum order value outside of the UK is £500.00 when using Royal Mail. If you would like to place an order for a higher value you must use FedEx. We may also carry out additional security checks before dispatching your goods, which may occasionally result in us being unable to fulfill your order. In this instance we will try to contact you first, but if we have to cancel the order all monies paid will be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

We will be happy to refund jewellery which may have broken, up to 30 days after purchase. After that time our warranty covers repair or replacement for up to 2 years after purchase date. Refunds, repairs or replacements are all subject to a manufacturing fault only and/or normal conditions of wear and tear. Returns can be made to our Jewellery Quarter Shop or by post. Please note that all returns should be made via a traceable postal service with the appropriate insurance level for the value of the jewellery. Returns sent to us by post cannot be accepted without a tracking number. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns received outside this time frame will be accepted at our discretion. Pearl Gallery will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. Please ensure the item you are returning is in perfect condition in its original packaging. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Refunds will be made within 14 days of delivery of the returned items. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned, will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
